Thank-you for visiting my website. I am a Holistic Therapist based in Heybridge, near Maldon in Essex. I specialise in Nutritional Therapy, Allergy Testing, Flower Essences and Healing. I also produce my own Exclusive Range of essences from both flowers and crystals.
I am passionate about my work and the benefits of Natural Therapies but I also accept that in our busy, modern society, reccomendations need to be kept realistic and achievable.
Using a combination of Nutrition and Emotional support I have seen some wonderful results in both adults and children. The Therapies enable the body to heal itself naturally.
